VistaPrint
I'd like to say a few positive words here about VistaPrint. A few weeks ago, before Halloween, I had ordered business cards for my costume - Don Draper, from Mad Men.
I figured handing out these cards would at least have been a better response to "Who are you supposed to be, Guy in a Suit?" than "Well have you seen Mad Men?" - to which the answer was inevitably "no." Unfortunately, despite my rush order, the cards failed to arrive on time. I received a call from the floundering DHL saying that I could pick my cards up at their distribution center (they said they had tried delivering it three times but I had no idea this happened; no call, email, or notice) the day before the event but this was such a shackle that it was impossible with even the slightest regard for pragmatism. So I was incredibly peeved that I had wasted $30+ on these useless cards.
Until I called and received a full refund for my troubles - she first offered me store credit, but as it was unlikely I would use VistaPrint again anytime soon, I asked if she could do any better for me.
However, if I do have a need for on-demand printing for whatever reason, VistaPrint will be the first place I go. As should you. This wasn't their fault - it was DHL's - but they stood by their product enough to satisfy me above and beyond an otherwise crappy situation. Now that's customer service.

Staples also does a good job. You order your cards online and then can pick them up in the store an hour or so later. I did mine that way and they had randomly upgraded the card stock.
VistaPrint is a business marketing company having served over 15 million customers world-wide.
