Hack & Slash Politics

My good friend and consummate political reporter/analyst/blogger Mean Rachel had all four tires on her car slashed Tuesday night. Her car sports an OBAMA license plate, so the conventional wisdom is that this criminal act was politically motivated. She has had trouble because of her plates before, but of a far more innocent nature. Rachel had to pay $500 to replace her tires but she has taken an admirably positive attitude toward this destruction of her personal property and has turned it into an opportunity to raise some money for Barack Obama's presidential campaign.
