My Big Fat Greek Breakfast

Last Saturday, on the morning following My Big Fat Greek Dinner, I used some of the leftover ingredients to make My Big Fat Greek Breakfast. This was a big omelette (3 eggs) of ridiculous deliciousness: red onions, spinach, sundried tomatoes, kalamata olives, and feta cheese. Yummopolis, Hellas:
