Just hilarious...almost.
You know...if I am wrong and you do not make it as a writer, which my diagnostic skills indicate is nigh impossible IF YOU'LL DO THE WORK, you can always attend CIA - okay okay, Culinary Institute of America - and open one great restaurant.
