This evening I cut into a whole green pepper purchased from Haymarket and discovered an (admittedly tiny) creepy crawly inside. Inside! Now, I'm merely your average horti-fahking-culturalist but how did that vermin get inside my bleeding vegetable? The pepper appeared to be structurally sound upon inspection.

In related news, I shall no longer be using fresh peppers.
