Chilli Powdey
I have a bag of red pepper flakes from an Asian supermarket and it's labeled "Chilli Powdey."
Thought I'd share.
(Currently making sauce from scratch. If the smell of browning sausage, garlic, olive oil and red wine sounds like heaven then come on over to my yard, because heaven's right here.)
Sauce update: Possibly the best yet. Spicy, balanced, and uber-delish. Using homemade stock was key.
