I can't figure out why you think Beckett had anything to do with her. And I have to say that she's no Tina C. I think she needs to lighten up and get a bit more casual.
Um...just a joke. Beckett, being the red-blooded male that he is, would presumably lobby to have more attractive blondes around than, say, T.C. v. 2.0.
