Fine, I'll go running.
With all this talk about how I'm playing the Fat Man to Jake these days, I decided to do something about it.
I just came back from a run for the first time in six months. And surprisingly, I felt 100x better than I thought I would. Fired up my Constitution route - around 3.5 miles. Wind and muscle fatigue rates were shockingly decent, although my stomach had a weird cramping going on (haven't eaten in hours - might have been some water in there). Even did a few self resistance exercises to ease back into things. Of course I'm sure that tonight and especially tomorrow I will suffer from extreme soreness. I may require a deep-tissue buttock massage (hint, hint).
That's why I plan on taking advantage of the analgesic properties of Sir Alec Guinness's Homeopathic Cure-all tonight.
Cheers,
J. Hutt

I'm impressed. Zero to 3.5 is quite the feat!
Can't ease into it too much. Although my quads have been absolutely burning for the last couple days.
I bet.
