The Quick Six

A couple friends of mine from college started up a band with two other guys called The Quick Six. They're based out in LA, and their particular brand of music is "West Coast country funk" according to their MySpace page. Once you hear them this actually makes some sense. Drummer Wesley Self's shittooth twang takes the lead on some great tracks, comprising an album of funky jams laced with snappy guitar work and euphonic sax riffs.
