Amazing
Waking up at 5:45AM to exercise gives one an entirely new perspective on things. Such a great way to start the day. It's difficult to pull off, but it clears up your after-work schedule, gets you in a good mindset, and at least for me basically forces me to get to work early/on time. The running is going well and the self-resistance training and Dunndee's 8-min Abs are beginning to have some effect, I think. The key is to maintain regularity.

Regularity is a bitch. Stop for a few days and you might as well be back to square one. I agree with the morning philosophy. It's so hard to get up but if you do it just sets a great tone for the rest of the day!
I find the key is to turn on your light for a few seconds before you get out of bed or even entertain the idea of what you will be doing once you get out of bed (working out).
Entertaining that idea is what keeps me in bed!
workout tomorrow evening?
He's trying to prove to you that you should back him in the competition. don't be fooled!!
Indeed, sir.
I should be out of Faeces Industries by about 5:30.
I should also note for the record here that I went running yesterday as well, despite the damage done to my innards from the night before.
In fact that's about all I did yesterday, unless you count watching 7 episodes of The Wire.
Let me know if you ever want to train/do a road race. There are some fun ones around boston and having a goal can keep you motivated in morning workouts.
That is . . when I can run again . .. but you always could do it without me too ;)
Actually doing a road race is on my list of things to do this year. So yeah, I'd be interested for sure.
Road race?
What's your question?
