Television
Just a few comments on some quality TV I've been watching recently:
LOST: Good stuff. Really good stuff the last few weeks. They're building up for some quality action in the last few eps of the season; let's hope they go strong until the end. This season, especially early on, was a mixed bag, but I've really enjoyed the last 5 or so weeks.
The Sopranos: I liked the opener. I thought it was pretty funny in parts, and I always like the blatant juxtaposition of the family life with the "family" affairs. "We're going golfing." Good action. And the new subplot with Bobby is good - layers of family ties in both senses of the word. Looking forward to the rest of this final season (tear).
Entourage: Daecent. I didn't realize how psyched I was for new episodes. The opener was mainly laying the plot groundwork for the new season, but it's hard to go wrong with scenes of partying, fratboy humor and ridiculously hot extras walking around.
The Wire: We have the first season on DVD at my apartment for some reason. I've seen about six episodes and all the hype I've heard about this show is accurate thus far. It's a gritty crime drama about the drug game on the mean streets of Baltimore, with brilliant dialogue, great characters - the whole thing so far has been really quality. I've heard the early seasons are good with some falling off toward the most recent one (is it over now?). I'm definitely looking forward to watching the rest of this series.

i hope that by "rediculously hot extras" you don't mean busy phillips. she was in the second one, but still. ANNOYING.
Huh? busy phillips? WTF is that?
it's the girl who's (whose?) dog arnold ate in ep 2.
Ah. No, I was just speaking in general.
Chirp.....chirp.
The Wire: No falling-off at all, dude. Season Three you'll fucking die. Stringer is God. (Or that other guy.)
