I Heart Apple

More customer service goodness: I purchased an album from the iTunes store for the first time a few weeks back. I lost these mp3 files when my hard drive imploded (in addition to about a million, um, less-than-legally-acquired songs). Yesterday I emailed Apple about it, and within a couple hours I received a response letting me download the music again.

10 points to Apple!

You can always re-download ITMS data to the same machine. You buy the license from them and then you can always get the content again.

Really? I tried. They replaced my hard drive, so perhaps that had something to do with it?

Either way I have my 12 legally purchased mp3s back.
